There are some important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from ChristineBoegh.Com:

You have 14 calendar days (two weeks) to return an item or service (if you do receive a service within the two weeks – you do no longer have any return rights and you have been notified about it before you received your service).

Only items that have been purchased directly from ChristineBoegh.Com can be returned to ChristineBoegh.Com. ChristineBoegh.Com products purchased through others must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Please ensure that the item you’re returning has not been used (is as new) and is repackaged just like when you received it. If the item is not as brand new you will have to pay for the depreciation.

Please be aware that if you regret a purchase, you are responsible for the item until it returns to ChristineBoegh.Com. This means that you must expect to pay if the goods are damaged or disappeared during the transport back to ChristineBoegh.Com. This also means you are responsible for and have to pay all shipping and handling costs and other additional charges for the returning of your item.

If you refuse to accept the goods when it comes to you, ChristineBoegh.Com may charge an amount if ChristineBoegh.Com has an expense when the item is returned.

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform ChristineBoegh.Com of your decision to withdraw from the Terms and Conditions of Sale contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). ChristineBoegh.Com recommends you use the downloadable model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

To complete your return, ChristineBoegh.Com requires a receipt or proof of purchase send with your information (like in the withdrawal formula) within 14 days from you received the item.

*B2B has no return rights (unless we have a special written agreement on unique return rights) but if any abnormal challenges according to your ChristineBoegh.Com items occur please do not hesitate to contact ChristineBoegh.Com. Let’s communicate in peace and love.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

1: Downloadable products you have downloaded or received by email.

2: If you buy more than one (1) item ChristineBoegh.Com will not exchange parts of your purchase. Unless we make a special agreement but you will have to pay all shipping and handling costs and other additional charges.

3: Customized order purchases.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, ChristineBoegh.Com will send you an email to notify you that ChristineBoegh.Com have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 week days (unless it is Holiday then it might take a bit longer).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There can be some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact ChristineBoegh.Com at christine@christineboegh.com -”Subject”: “Late or missing REFUNDS”.

EXCHANGES

ChristineBoegh.Com only replaces a item if it is defective or damaged when you receive the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item please take a photo of the defective or damaged item and email it to christine@christineboegh.com and thereafter send your item to ChristineBoegh.Com. Please note that you will have to pay all shipping and handling costs and other additional charges for the return of your item.

You will be notified when your item is received at ChristineBoegh.Com facilities and shortly hereafter ChristineBoegh.Com will send you a new item (the same kind of item – if not sold out. If sold out ChristineBoegh.Com will contact you with an option of another item or having your item money back).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Because ChristineBoegh.Com can`t and doesn’t guarantee that ChristineBoegh.Com will receive your returned item.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARIFFS

For international customers, any shipping charge added to your shipment does not include any duties and/or taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. You are responsible for any such duties and/or taxes that may be levied by the country where the product is imported.
